Directions

Our offices are less than two blocks away from both the Farragut North (Red Line) and Farragut West (Orange and Blue Lines) Metro stops.

PLEASE NOTE: The K Street entrance is closed due to construction. All staff and visitors must enter on L Street. The address on the building will say “1801 K Street”, but the entrance is on L Street, next to the Borders Book Store.

When you access the L Street lobby tell the Security Officer you are going to Capital Area Asset Builders on the Mezzanine level and ask to be directed to the escalator (do not take the elevators). At the top of the escalator you will see big, glass doors for Suite M100.
